Palumbo Bergstrom's Special Investigation and Insurance Fraud Department (SIIF) shares the firm's approach and philosophies. With over 20 years of experience handling suspect claims, we are able to deliver aggressive investigation and relentless defense of insurance fraud-related cases but within strict budgetary constraints sensitive to the value of the claim and the goals of the client. Our attorneys are able to investigate, prosecute and defend these cases efficiently because of the wealth of experience handling these types of cases. As a result, the SIIF Department is able to combine the best of both worlds for our clients.
