DIANE O. PALUMBO - Affiliations and Education

Diane received her J.D. in 1984 from Pepperdine University School of Law and B.A. from Villanova University. She is a member of the California, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Oklahoma State Bars. Diane is a member of numerous professional organizations and has held offices with Women Construction Owners & Executives as well as the National Association of Women In Construction. Diane lectures frequently at industry conferences, including construction, insurance, business management and labor/employment seminars.

Julia received her J.D. in 1983 from Willamette University School of Law and holds a B.S. from Loma Linda University. She is a State of California Registered Nurse and member of OCBA/OCMA's liaison committee responsible for addressing issues impacting healthcare and the legal community. Julia is a member of the State Bar of California. She is active in the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel and the Orange County Bar Association where she is a member of the Construction Law Section.

Kristin earned her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law in May 2006. She served as an Associate Editor for the Journal of the National Association of Administrative Law Judges at Pepperdine, and was published in the journal's Spring 2005 edition. Marc graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Irvine in 1998. He received his law degree from Loyola Law School in 2001, where he was a member of the Dean's list.
