DIANE O. PALUMBO - Affiliations and Education

Diane received her J.D. in 1984 from Pepperdine University School of Law and B.A. from Villanova University. She is a member of the California, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Oklahoma State Bars. Diane is a member of numerous professional organizations and has held offices with Women Construction Owners & Executives as well as the National Association of Women In Construction. Diane lectures frequently at industry conferences, including construction, insurance, business management and labor/employment seminars.

JULIA BERGSTROM - Affiliations and Education

Julia received her J.D. in 1983 from Willamette University School of Law and holds a B.S. from Loma Linda University. She is a State of California Registered Nurse and member of OCBA/OCMA's liaison committee responsible for addressing issues impacting healthcare and the legal community. Julia is a member of the State Bar of California. She is active in the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel and the Orange County Bar Association where she is a member of the Construction Law Section.

Heather is receiving an LL.M. in May 2009 from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. She obtained her J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law in 2001. Heather is licensed to practice in the State of Colorado and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Denver Bar Association.

Mike is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the American Corporate Counsel Association. Mike lectures at Company seminars as well as corporate management conferences on best business practices and at the University of California at Irvine Graduate School of Business on the strategies of handling business litigation. Mike received his JD (cum laude) in 1968 from the University of La Verne College of Law where he graduated Law Review. Dawn received her J.D. from Whittier Law School in 2005 where she graduated Cum Laude. She also earned certification in Intellectual Property Law from Whittier Law School in 2005. She received her B.A. in History in addition to a minor in Business Marketing from Concordia University, Irvine where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2002.

Joe received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Ave Maria School of Law in 2007, where he was also on the Dean's Honor Roll. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature from the Thomas More College of Liberal Arts, Merrimack, NH in 2003.
